PLANTING REQUIREMENTS

  • Spacing: Plant tubers 18-24 inches apart to allow for proper growth.

  • Support: Provide stakes or supports at planting or soon after to prevent bending.

  • Mulching: Apply organic mulch around the dahlias to conserve moisture and control weeds.

  • Fertilizing: Use a balanced, all-purpose fertilizer when new growth appears and throughout the growing season.

  • Deadheading: Remove spent flowers regularly to encourage continuous blooming.

  • Height: Expect the Gonzo Grape Dahlia to reach a certain height according to its specific growth characteristics.
